Warranty

Nobody can promise you that your product never breaks. We neither. But we promise you that we will do our best to deal with your complaint. Please read the following carefully so we will be able to deal with your complaint as fast as possible.

 

Warranty including On-Site-Service?

Please check if you have purchased a product for which is offered an On-Site-Service by the manufacturer. In this case the manufacturer will replace the defect product without any extra charges. Alternatively many manufacturers offer an in-house warranty service. If you would not like to get in touch with the manufacturer yourself, we will deal with your request on your behalf.

 

Return of goods?

Please return your goods always without any accessories We are not respondible for any missing accessories. When return goods with warranty, pleae send it as a fully paid package to the following address only: HM-SAT GmbH, Abt. Service, Waidhauser Str. 3, 92648 Vohenstrauss, Germany.

 

Error description

Please describe the faulty product as precise as possible. In the case that our technicians are not able to find the described error and the goods are found to be working correctly a service charge and shipping costs might be charged.

 

Service supply note

Please fill out a service supply note in case you return goods for repair. Please fill out this form completely and print the service supply note. Click on «send page» to submit your service supply note before your shipping. Please make sure a copy of the service supply note come with the package attached to the product. Please complete the service form and add it to your parcel.
